Saint Lucia legally permits dual citizenship. Saint Lucia has allowed dual nationality for all citizens other than by ordinary naturalisation. Citizens by ordinary naturalisation may have multiple citizenship, if they were a citizen of the Republic of Ireland at the time of their naturalisation.
Saint Lucian nationality law is regulated by the Saint Lucia Constitution Order of 1978, as amended; the Citizenship of Saint Lucia Act of 1979, and its revisions; and various British nationality laws.
Aliens who acquire citizenship through investment program are not required to renounce their existing citizenship, provided the laws of your home country also permit dual citizenship. As a dual citizen, you are entitled to a Saint Lucian passport for international travel.
Dual citizens are required to present Saint Lucian passport at the borders to enter and exit Saint Lucia as citizens.
