The Saint Lucia citizenship by investment program officially restricts applications from nationals of the following countries, irrespective of where they live due to international sanctions or trade embargo.
- Russia
- Belarus
- Iran
- Iraq
- North Korea
- Stateless persons
Applications will be automatically refused by CIP unit. The CIP Unit has communicated official Memorandum to licensed Partners and Agents, the policy on the suspension of applications from certain third country nationals.
