Eligibility Conditions

| Spouse | No age restriction | Legally married to the principal applicant. Under legal polygamy, only the first husband or wife qualifies as the spouse. |
| Child | 21 years or younger | Biological or legally adopted child of the principal applicant or spouse. |
| Dependent Child | 22–30 years (not more than 30) | Must be fully financially supported by the principal applicant. |
| Physically or Mentally Challenged Child | Any age | Must be physically or mentally challenged and fully financially supported by the principal applicant. |
| Parent | Above 55 years | Parent of the principal applicant or spouse who is fully financially supported by the principal applicant. |
| Physically or Mentally Challenged Parent | Any age | Parent of the principal applicant or spouse who is physically or mentally challenged and fully financially supported by the principal applicant. |
| Unmarried Sister or Brother | Below 18 years | Must be unmarried and have the written consent of a parent or legal guardian to apply for citizenship by investment. |
