- New child born after the application was made by the citizen.(must apply within 12 months else it will be too expensive later on)
- Due diligence is only conducted on all applicants above the age of 16 years and requires a payment of US$ 5000.
- Spouse of the citizen and was married after the application was made by the citizen.
