The Regulation established by Saint Lucia citizenship by investment program governs the basic eligibility for main applicant
Main Applicant
The principal applicant must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Make the minimum qualifying investment under one of the following approved investment options:
- Saint Lucia National Economic Fund (NEF)
- Approved Real Estate Project
- Approved Enterprise Project
- Non-interest-bearing Government Bonds
- Successfully pass the required due diligence background checks.
- The applicant’s spouse and all qualifying dependents aged 16 years and above must also successfully pass due diligence.
- Provide full, complete, and truthful disclosure of all information relating to the application.
- Pay all applicable non-refundable processing, due diligence, and administrative fees.
The principal applicant must not:
- Have been convicted of a criminal offence, other than a minor traffic offence.
- Have been denied a visa by a country that enjoys visa-free travel with Saint Lucia and subsequently failed to obtain that visa.
- Be the subject of an ongoing criminal investigation.
- Be involved in any activity likely to bring disrepute to Saint Lucia.
- Have been declared mentally incapacitated by a court or qualified medical practitioner.
Interviews
The principal applicant may be required to attend an interview in Saint Lucia or at a Saint Lucia Embassy or High Commission before the application is considered by the Citizenship by Investment Board.
