Average Processing Time
The average processing time from receipt of an application to notification of the outcome is 90 days. Where, in exceptional cases, it is expected that the processing time will be longer than 90 days, the authorised agent will be informed of the reason for the anticipated delay.
Decision
The Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment Board will consider an application for citizenship and the outcome of an application submitted by authorized agent may either be to
- grant,
- deny or
- delay for cause,
an application for citizenship by investment.
The Unit may at any time ask the applicant to present other documents to determine if he or she meets the requirements of the Citizenship by Investment Act No. 14 of 2015 (“the Act”) and the Citizenship by Investment Regulations No. 89 of 2015 (“the Regulations”).
