The Government of St. Lucia launched National Action Bond (NAB) programme on January 1st 2023, replacing the Covid-19 bonds, legally authorized under Regulation 12(1) of the Citizenship by Investment Regulations (Cap. 1.20). The Saint Lucia National Action Bonds are qualifying investments under the citizen by investment program. Applications for citizenship of Saint Lucia can be made through an investment in the National Action Government Bonds (“NAB”). The bonds are non-interest bearing, and must be registered and remain in the name of the applicant for a five-year holding period from the date of first issue.

Bond Subscription

Bonds are issued in accordance with National Savings and Development Act pf Saint Lucia.

  • Bond sum – Applicant applying with any (unlimited) number of dependents: US$ 300,000*
  • Government Processing Fee – An additional, non-refundable administration fee of US$ 50,000 is applicable.

Note: Government waives Application fee for bond investors.

These funds are allocated towards national development priorities identified by the government. Applicants do not earn interest, but the principal is returned after the holding period, subject to all compliance and programme terms being met.
