Saint Lucia’s Citizenship by Investment Programme (CIP) requires all applications to be submitted through a licensed or authorized local or international agents. Some subagents work with the master agent. The CIP unit does not accept applications direct from public.
The Saint Lucia CIP unit issues two types of licenses to agencies..

Authorised agents are based in Saint Lucia handle submissions direct to Saint Lucia CIP unit. The will help you with application forms, documentation preparation and submission of file to citizenship unit.
Promoters
Promoters Have the capacity to undertake advertisement, publication and promotion of the Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment Programme globally. Promoters generally are required to appoint authorised agent.
Only licensed agents are authorised to promote and market the Saint Lucia CIP programme. Avoid dealing with unregistered promoters or marketing agents claiming they can process passports directly without a licensed partner.
